PRIVACY POLICY
  • We will not release personally identifiable information about you without your permission (except as needed to provide to you the products or services you have expressly requested).
  • Your order information is sent to us through a "secure session" established with Secure Socket Layer (SSL). This technology encrypts, or scrambles, your account information before it is sent to us (or the payment processor), protecting customer data against unauthorized access.
  • All order information you provide (such as name, address, phone, e-mail and credit card number) is never released to any third party unless required to complete your order.
  • Orders placed online may be processed and billed by an authorized dealer. A completed invoice from the dealer/retailer will accompany your shipment.
SHIPPING
  • Orders shipped to a U.S. address are sent via US Postal Service or United Parcel Service (UPS) at our discretion.
  • For orders shipped outside of the U.S., please email us for estimated shipping costs. Airmail postage will be estimated on checkout, but shipping costs will be adjusted if necessary.
  • Estimated total shipping charges are indicated on the order form, but additional charges may be incurred if the shipping weight exceeds 10 pounds (or for orders of more than 5 units), or on orders shipped outside of the Continental U.S. We will notify you by e-mail of any additional shipping charges that may apply.
  • Your order will usually be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (excluding Dealer orders) unless the item is backordered. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order indicating estimated delivery time if backordered.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
  • If you are unsatisfied with your Judykits purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund (minus shipping charges). However, you must first obtain a Return Authorization by contacting us via mail, phone or e-mail.
  • No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization number.
  • If your purchase is damaged during shipment, please notify the carrier or contact us at orders@judykits.com within 48 hours and we will make arrangements for replacement or refund
